Summer is behind us, but its warm and sunny memories will help us through the cool autumn days. Engrossed in plans, tasks, and deadlines, we rarely have time to think about our work and the imprint we leave. Very few things at work can be accomplished in isolation. Despite all the events of recent years, we have found with even greater certainty that what makes us truly fulfilled is communicating with others.

This August we had the pleasure of having one of our linguists from Brazil work in the office with us for two weeks. Lucas visited our office as part of his international trip. We enjoyed two weeks of hard work and fun together.

Here is what Lucas shared:

“Since I started planning my trip to Europe, I only knew one thing: I had to visit Bulgaria. Not only because it’s such a different place from where I live, Brazil, which was already enough to make me very curious, but because that’s where Language Bear is based. It’s incredible to see how a company on the other side of the world changed my life by making this trip possible and how it put me in touch with so many different people, places, and perspectives. I spent two weeks working in the office with the whole team of PMs. Needless to say, I learned A LOT during these days. Not only about the company and translation- related fields, but about the people that have been in my life every day for the past year. It was amazing to get to know a little bit more about their abilities, aspirations, dreams, and unique traits. Bulgaria, Plovdiv, and Language Bear are amazing—this experience will follow me for the rest of my life!”

Our collaboration with linguists changes our lives and theirs. We never know what impact we have on the lives of others.

Language Bear offers content writing and translation in over 100 languages, and now more than ever we are aware of our mission. These days our words reach everybody around the globe and it’s part of our job to make sure they do so in their native language. We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to communicate and work daily with professional linguists from all over the world who create worlds through their texts.

It’s the right time to say a big thank you to all of them.

And so, we’re expanding our language teams. Check our openings for translators, content writers, proofreaders, and editors on our website.

Be part of our mission. Let’s create high-quality content together and make a difference.
